Confidential online survey to gather data from direct reports on participants’ level of expertise in the Management 2010 competencies.
Phase Two: Executive Briefing & Program Introduction
Program participants and their managers, as well as key executives, participate in a 90-minute program introduction. Includes overview of core competencies, program structure, accountability and gaining of commitment from senior leadership to the full support of the program.
Phase Three: Learning Sessions
Three (3) half-day classroom sessions to present key concepts, provide assignments and establish goals, includes a Facilitative Leadership audio and checklist package to reinforce learning.

Phase Four: One-on-One Coaching
Participants receive one-on-one phone and email coaching to ensure application of learning, completion of assignments and maximum accountability for results.

Phase Six: Consulting
